Welcome to Crouse Health Hospital!

Crouse Health Hospital has been serving the health and wellness needs of Central New York for over 130 years, and we are pleased to be an integral part of your residency training program.

For your convenience, new resident/fellow orientation is now available online. In addition, in person training is required for OB, ED and Psychiatry. All residents/fellows are required to complete the following:

Mandatory Training (with post test)

Soarian/EMR Training
Laser Safety Program (Surgical and OB residents/fellows only)

OR Fire Safety (Surgical and OB residents/fellows only)

Upon completion of both the mandatory trainings and document review, please click on the Acknowledgement/Attestation Form button at the bottom of this page.  Complete the Attestation including your full name and email. You will be emailed a form you must bring to the Human Resources Department on 8 Memorial to obtain your Crouse Health Hospital ID badge.

Human Resources is open for ID badges on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 7:30a – 1:30p.

Residents/fellows are required to wear their Crouse Health Hospital ID badge and have it visible at all times while on the premises. Your ID badge is required to gain access to the hospital via the tunnel and to obtain a discount in the Clocktower Café. This policy is strictly enforced.

The Resident Lounge is located in Room 3505 on the 3rd floor of Memorial, near the Memorial elevators. Your ID badge is required for swipe access to the lounge.
