To maintain an environment free of reprisal, all residents are encouraged to report any complaint or concern regarding work hours or supervision according to the SUNY Resident Handbook.
In addition, residents may also utilize the confidential Crouse Health Hospital Occurrence Reporting System. Access to the reporting system is located under the “Occurrence Report” tab located in the top menu of the CNN Homepage.
Residents may also anonymously contact the Chief Medical Officer, GME Site Director or Director of Medical Staff Administration.
The identity of reporting individuals will remain confidential.
